Job Description:
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Giám sát và bảo trì hệ thống mạng máy tính.
Troubleshoot and resolve end-users’ hardware, operating system and software-related problems.
Hỗ trợ người dùng xử lý các sự cố về phần cứng, và hệ thống phần mềm.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and server access problem for end users.
Hỗ trợ người dùng xử lý các sự cố về việc truy cập tài nguyên hệ thống mạng.
Be responsible for other tasks assigned from time to time.
Thực hiện tốt các công việc được giao theo từng thời điểm.
Be able to work on shifts.
Làm việc theo ca.
Job Requirement:
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
Bằng cấp, chứng chỉ về IT hoặc các ngành liên quan.
Experience in supporting computers on Windows 7/10, MS Office Suite, network devices, servers, office machines.
Có kinh nghiệm giải quyết các sự cố về hệ thống mạng, máy chủ, hệ điều hành Windows, Office và các thiết bị văn phòng.
Knowledge about Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V.
Có kiến thức về Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V.
Knowledge about TCP/IP networking, Routing, Switching, Firewall.
Có kiến thức về hạ tầng mạng TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, Firewall.
CCNA/MCSA certificate is preferable.
Ưu tiên ứng viên có chứng chỉ CCNA/MCSA.
Good communication skills are required as well as an advanced sense of customer service.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp và tinh thần phục vụ khách hàng tốt.
English communication skill.
