Job description:

• Fresher or 01-year of experience with IT Help Desk / network / system support.
• Basic User & Group Active Directory.
• Knowledge of all Microsoft applications/utilities.
• Experienced in configuration, setup TCP/IP, VLAN, switching, routing and wireless, telephone, camera.
• Experienced in hardware troubleshooting for laptop and PC;
• Knowledge of desktop operating system: Windows desktop and Mac OS;
• Good customer relation skills, team building, ability to work independently, articulate in written and verbal forms;
• Self-study and self-learning on new technology and willing to improve on technical skills;
• Basic communication in English.
• Must have a positive attitude, be hardworking and honest.

Requirement

• Bachelor or college degree in IT or relevant fields.
• Nice to have relevant Microsoft certifications; Cisco CCNA.
