- Provide high quality of pre-sales consultation and after-sales technical support / troubleshooting to D-Link distributors / retailers / system integrators / end customers in Vietnam.
- Prepare proposal documentations for IT projects/tenders in local language.
- Conduct technical training & presentation for D-Link distributors / retailers / systems integrators / end customers.
Experiences:
- 1 - 3 years of experience of in technical or pre-sales support on IT networking products
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of general commercial corporate/enterprise networking products.
- In-depth technical knowledge of commercial L2/L3 switches / wireless AP / IP Surveillance Cameras.
Skills:
- Analytical, patience, pro-active and IT enthusiastic.
- Proactive with an integrated way of working and an active team player with high work commitment.
- Ability to communicate in spoken and written English is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or above in Engineering / Computer Science / Professional IT certifications related courses is preferred.
