Job description:
As an IT Assistant, you will be a part of Mazars Vietnam’s IT Team to manage all operations that involved the development and support of information system. This position works under supervision of the IT Manager in HCMC office.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer network systems for company.
• Support users on IT technical issues. Install hardware/software for standalone PC, IT equipment etc.
• Manage IT assets and perform general maintenance tasks, diagnose problems, replace, repair and maintain computers and IT equipment.
• Support IT manager in implementing IT projects
• Assist the IT Manager in preparation of IT documents including policy, user guide, training doc etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Vietnamese national;
• Graduated from major related to Information technology;
• High teamwork spirit, responsible and decisive;
• Good background in PC hardware and software;
• Good problem solving, analytical and evaluative skills;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to communicate in English;
• At least 1 year of experience in IT field;
• Have knowledge of network devices: switch, firewall, router, wireless network, VPN, video conference…etc;
• Have knowledge of Office 365, Virtualization server (VMware/Hyper-V), Active Directory, Network service (VPN, DNS, DHCP and Routing, Firewall & telephony);
• Have knowledge and experience in Audit & Accounting- Payroll Software/ ERP would be an advantage.
