Key responsible
Responsible for operation management of the team.
Provides leadership for those involved in the development, design and optimization of one or more information technology and systems functions supporting company clients.
Install, configure, secure, and maintain networking equipment in the enterprise WAN and LAN environments, and for customer-serving network-centric products.
Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation, maintaining documentation.
Provide project management of technical staff in the implementation, installation, configuration, and technical support of network architecture.
Technically lead a small team within the project.
Identify opportunities for improvement in Incident process and procedures, implement changes.
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Reports
Daily / Weekly / On-demand report the progress and status of the assigned tasks.
Prepare monthly reports considering the established KPIs for team activities.
People Management
Ensure that direct reporting employees are engaged and understand their career opportunities.
Responsible for the development and training of the team members.
Ensure that people have the relevant skills and training to support the client.
Perform regular assessment considering the team members professional performance
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2+ years relevant network operations and engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of networks at CCNP level: routing & switching, Wi-Fi...
Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Good at analytical, troubleshoot and problem-solving skills.
Able to research & learn new technology.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
Good at teamwork, capable of managing team members.
Good English communication and documentation.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
In-depth technical knowledge in routing troubleshooting
Experience with multiple event and performance monitoring systems
Practical experience with IT Project planning and development
