Position: IT NETWORK OFFICER

Job requirements:
- University graduation of Information Technology major.
- At least 1 year of experience as the same position.
- Good knowledge in WAN, Network security.
- Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking).
- Can work in team, independently and under high pressure.
- Knowledge about domain network system.
- Knowledge in network routing and switching troubleshooting skills, network security, user accounts, file sharing, technical support, monitoring network traffic, virus protection.
- Knowledge about ticket management system.
- Have an CCNA (certification by Cisco) is a plus.
- Priority for VnPro students
Network knowledge required:
- Cisco network computer model.
- Switching: knowledge of Switch layer2&3, VLAN, VLAN, STP, RSTP, VTP…
- Routing: knowledge of static route, dynamic route, RIP, OSPF, IGRP, EIGRP, BGP…
- Security: firewall Fortinet, Cisco Meraki.
- Another knowledge about: Domain Controller, Active Directory, IPv6, IPv4(VLSM, CIDR, IP sub-netting), SNMP, SMTP, DHCP, DNS, POP3, NAT/PAT, VPN, Telnet, SSH, SIP….
System knowledge required:
- Soft management network: Wire shark, Netflow, PRTG monitor, WIFI controller, Solarwind or PRTG network monitor.
- Virtualization System (VMware): install OS, troubleshoot…
- NAS Synology.
- Knowledge how to install, configure services, support end-user, operate system: MS Window & MS Window server.
Job Description:
- Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade company’s networks and in house servers.
- Monitor network performance (security, availability, utilization, throughput, latency, etc...) all network devices of company (Head office and sites).
- Resolve problems reported by end user relate to network computer, network system.
- Research and make recommendations on system administration (not required, but good if possible)
- Other related tasks at the request of the Team Leader / Manager.
Kind of job:
- Full time, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
