We are looking for a Juniper partner support engineer Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain industry experience and potentially a full time / permanent position if successful.
The role will involve shadowing and the successful candidate will benefit from tutorials and mentoring from the development team.

2. Requirements:
IT Students of 4th year with the below skillsets would be qualified for our training program:
- Smart, proactive, hungry for learning and practicing
- Team work behaviour.
- Has technical background of network routing, switching, security.
- Has basic knowledge of DevNet, Cloud, other similar products (Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet…) is a plus.
- A logical, analytical and creative approach to problems.
- Good ability in self-study and research new technologies.
- Being able to communicate in English.
3. What we train you in:
You will participate in our Juniper training program, and during the course, you will been trained about:
- Understand ITIL framework, basic concepts.
- Juniper fundamentals.
- It is not actually training period but a mentor will help you how to go, supervise and consult.
- Join with current engineers to experience real cases of enterprise network, security aspects.
- English & relevant softskill for IT services environment e.g. communication, handle live troubleshooting..;
