Job Title: Partner Account Manager
Job Description:
The Partner Account Manager (PAM) is the orchestrator of the Cisco relationship with
our top partners
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develops and drives a joint partner account plan and strategy, pulling in all
cross-functional resources to plan for a mutually beneficial outcome
- Maintain visibility of high value partner opportunities and act as the interface
between Cisco and partner AM’s
- Participates in Transformational Account planning being the partner org
representative to the Cisco account team in developing and executing the
partnering strategy for a particular transformational account
- Drive, Lead and execute the Partner GTM Plan.
- Manage Key Enterprise Partners with alignment to Cisco Advanced and
Emerging Technologies(AT& ET) in support of Cisco Sales Region.
- Responsible for driving joint sales, marketing, planning and operational
activities centered on Partner Business Plan.
- Duties include Partner sales enablement, training, strategic planning,
ownership of overall partner Accounts (includes certifications, specializations,
overall Cisco sales and technical capacity).
- Analyze market trends, with focus on major competitor partner strategies and
alignment to drive in-Country GTM Plan.
Experience and Qualification:
- Minimum of 3+ years MNC Vendor experience in managing Partner Business in Vietnam is essential.
- Strong sales, marketing and Business Development background, 3+ years.
- 5+ years experience in networking industry, advanced technology or IT
- Good financial acumen, including understanding of ROIC model and other
financial modeling tools.
- Able to effortlessly move from strategic thinking to managing tactical issues.
- Influence across different stakeholder to common goals.
- Excellent relationship selling, negotiation and strategic thinking skills are
required
- Executive level relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to formulate crisp and incisive business presentations.
- Strong teamwork across multiple organizations with functional and
geographic boundaries
- Strong strategic thinking, initiative and leadership skills.
- Excellent Aptitude and Attitude.
- University degree/experience in Business Administration and/or General
Management
